EDPB Plenary – June 2024

The Plenary of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), which took place during 18-19 June 2024, has adopted the Guidelines 01/2023 on Article 37 Law Enforcement Directive (after public consultation).

During the meeting, the representatives of the European Commission presented a short overview of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 900/2024 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising, which will become applicable from 10 October 2025.
